Pre-Construction

  • 2. Initial Move-Ins and Punch List Completion: The consultant helps facilitate the initial move-in process, addressing any tenant concerns and ensuring a seamless transition into occupancy. Additionally, the consultant oversees the completion of the punch list, resolving any outstanding construction deficiencies.
  • 3. Final Capital Cost Reconciliation: A final reconciliation of the project’s capital cost is conducted, ensuring that all expenses have been accurately accounted for.
  • 4. Additional Support: Depending on the specific needs of the project, ATA Development consultants can provide further assistance in areas such as funding, property management, body corporate matters, and purchase contracts as well as FIRB (if required).
