Worldwide Who’s Who Names Albert L. Huynh Professional of the Year in Property & Financial Investments
Albert L. Huynh, Chairman of The Aldy Group, has been named a Worldwide Who’s Who Professional of the Year in Property & Financial Investments. While inclusion in Worldwide Who’s Who is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Who’s Who membership.

“Clients don’t care how much you know, they only want to know how much you care,” explains Mr. Huynh, chairman of The Aldy Group. Grounded by this belief, he co-founded his property investment company, which is well respected in the non-bank lending segment. He and his partner, Mr. Andy B. V. Nguyen, have taken the company from its humble beginnings to its current status as a multi-million dollar business in less than five years. “Understanding clients’ requirements and needs, honesty and integrity are the key elements to our success,” Mr. Huynh shares. “Our mission is to lead, to share, to provide and to help our clients as investors.”

Mr. Huynh is adept in offering executive management, leadership, strategic development, and financial controlling. He oversees all aspects of his company, which specializes in commercial funding and marketing, financing, sourcing, property acquisition and real estate marketing and management. Prior to establishing The Aldy Group, he was a biochemist as well as a Medico-Legal interpreter, financier and licensed real estate agent. In 1985, Mr Huynh earned a Diploma of Science majoring in biochemistry from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. He also holds diplomas in applied biology and in applied mortgage lending. He is a Justice of the Peace and a member of the Royal Victorian Association of Honorary, Mr. Huynh foresees continued success for himself, Mr. Nguyen and their company.

Binh Nguyen

Binh Nguyen, migrated to Australia in the early 80’s from Vietnam with a big dream, the Australian Dream. Coming from a High Society Family in Vietnam, he could never stop finding a pathway for his success. Vested in him a sea of knowledge from the Australian education system and life experience, Binh had his own Home Accessories Factory to supply to the big sector of the market in the South West of Brisbane. Binh then joined one of the biggest property groups in the early 2000s with a passion for creating wealth for his clients. He did not stop there, he was continuing to provide a new level of service to assist clients who have strong desire to achieve the Australian dream like he did many years ago, he’s embarked on an extra path that is parallels with his property career which is in the migration field in order to assisting qualified migrants to migrate to Australia or family members to be reunited with their family in Australia. ATA is gladly to have Binh to join our Dynamic Team with a combined experience for more than 26 years in business development and marketing, Immigration and Property which have been an endless support to his clients to achieve their ultimate goals in life.

Maria Nguyen

Maria has been a high achieving Sales manager. Prior to her career in real estate sales and consulting, she was a lending manager with a major bank and also an independent Finance and Home Loan Broker / Consultant with a large client portfolio. With her expertise and connections to the real estate and finance industries she takes on the role of Business Development manager in 2021. Her role has pivoted our agency to significantly expand our sales activities and helping increasing investors and homeowners achieve their goals.

He holds a Master of Accounting from RMIT University Melbourne, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from RMIT Vietnam, and two Advanced Diplomas from TasTAFE in Commerce and Leadership & Management.

With over six years of experience in property buying, selling, and market analysis, Phong is known for his dedication, enthusiasm, and in-depth understanding of the Brisbane real estate market. He has helped many clients with accurate property appraisals, professional support throughout the buying and selling process, and dependable property management services. His goal is to provide honest advice, tailored solutions, and a high level of service to help each client achieve the best possible outcome.
